If you aren’t completely satisfied with your product you can return the product to us for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
If there is any product damaged or missing from your order, you must make contact with us within 7 business days of the delivery of your order. This is to ensure that immediate and appropriate action can be taken to correct the situation. You can call us at 801-599-2251, or email us.
Before returning an item, please call 801-599-2251. You will receive a return number and actions will immediately be taken to ensure proper credit is refunded once we receive your return items.
Any items opened or used are non-refundable. Edible items are non-refundable due to health laws. Some items are not returnable including wearables, edible items (health regulations), and Vuvuzelas (health regulations). Lifesize standups are not returnable or refundable.
Online orders of Silly String and other aerosols must be return shipped via Federal Express Ground.

- PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HOLIDAY DECOR OR PRODUCT AFTER THE DATE OF THE HOLIDAY.
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition with a sales receipt.
- For everyday merchandise returned without a receipt, a store credit will be given at the current price of each item.
- We no longer accept checks.
- Returns, if purchased with a check, require a 10-day waiting period. For purchases over $40.00, a refund check will be mailed.
- Without a receipt, no refunds will be given on seasonal items.
- No refunds on seasonal product after 30-days from purchase date.
- Clearance items are non-refundable.
- Stand-ups are non-refundable.
